Qualities Of Good Presidents
Qualities Of A Competent President
To run our country, a president needs the intelligence to:
- understand complicated details
- choose good personnel
- evaluate risks and consequences
- make wise decisions.
They also need the good character and impulse control to put our people and planet first, above their own self interests.
Even under court orders, Trump doesn’t have the impulse control to stop attacking and threatening those he considers enemies.
Trump is too intellectually lazy and selfish to do any of these things.
- Trump never cared about learning, has a very short attention span, and has very little interest in policy matters.
- The Trump biographer who spent 18 months with Trump said he never saw a book in Trump’s desk, office, or home.
- Trump’s closest colleagues say he can’t understand basic concepts or written material.
- Military and intelligence officers were alarmed by Trump’s ignorance and incompetence.
- According to a CIA report and 10 top Trump administration intelligence officials, Trump rarely, if ever, read his intelligence briefings.
- If they tried to brief Trump in person, he would argue, try to dominate the conversation with his own ideas and statistics (often from his Fox News friends), and often say: “How do you know?”
- To try to get Trump to understand, intelligence officers drastically shortened the briefings, used lots of bullet points, and often resorted to drawing pictures.
- Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said “Trump was fact-free—evidence doesn’t cut it with him” and Trump was prone to “fly off on tangents.”
- Trump falls for ridiculous quack theories and conspiracies and constantly makes fun of science.
- Trump’s former national security adviser John Bolton said that Trump “can’t tell the difference between what’s true and what’s false.”
- Republican Senator Bob Corker tweeted “It’s a shame the White House has become an adult day care center.”
- Trump’s ignorance made him a laughing stock among diplomats at international meetings.
Trump’s Incompetence & Selfishness
Trump’s incompetence and selfishness became a true catastrophe when covid hit and eventually killed 1.2 million Americans. This is mostly because Trump eliminated our pandemic organizations, ignored the pandemic guidebook Obama gave him, then tried to get reelected by:
- calling covid a hoax
- lying about its danger
- holding rallies without masks
- setting a terrible example and stirring up anger about masks before the vaccines
Trump’s Mental Decline
Experts see plenty of evidence for Trump’s mental decline!
The health and science publication STAT spoke to experts in memory, psychology, and linguistics about patterns in Trump’s speech. These researchers found over the last 7 years, Trump’s speeches show cognitive decline in the following ways:
- simpler words
- shorter sentences with less structure
- more confused word order
- more repetition of words
- more off-subject tangents
- more all-or-nothing thinking with words like “always” and “never”
One social psychologist found most presidents score between 60 and 70 in speech complexity but Trump scored between 10 and 24, showing shockingly simple thought processes.
In public rallies, Trump has often deteriorated into garbled nonsense.
- “We’ll re-ve-du. Ohhh.”
- “Just last week it was reported that an illegal adlinthin– and you just look at this, what’s happening.”
- “Like ding, boom. This is me. I here bing!”
- Biden’s “1.2 trillion dollars for their fake infrastrucker, ershure para.”
- “We are a nation that just heard Saudi Arabia and Russia will ree bee cue uhhh.”
- “I take Master Lock a toe peen, ice lotsa nice little puzzles ya put’m.”
Trump has:
- called his wife Mercedes instead of Melania
- confused his rape victim E. Jean Carroll with his former wife Marla Maples
- often confused Presidents Obama and Biden
- often confused US politicians, world leaders, countries and cities
Trump, far more often than Biden ever did, goes into rambling, nonsensical arguments, such as:
- Saying “We’re going to take over Washington, D.C. We’re going to federalize. We’re going to have very powerful crime, and you’re going to be proud of it again.”
- saying he would stop banks from “debanking” Americans
- claiming “they” are going to take your cars away
- bragging about putting his pants on himself, claiming the “toughest business people” are in awe of his ability and beg to know how he does it
- “When I’m president, I will use Title 42 to end the tri—and we have to do this.”
- “We are an institute in a powerful death penalty.”
- In his press conference after being declared guilty of 34 felonies in his hush money trial, Trump described Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg looking “so nice and so soft.”
- thinking the country of Argentina was a person: “Even Argentina, they went MAGA, you know Argentina, great guy, he’s a big Trump guy, he loves Trump, I love him cuz he loves Trump, when he called, I took his call, anybody that loves Trump, I like them.”
- “They want you to say what they want you, what they want to have you say. And we’re not gonna let that happen.”
- claiming “millions of people” are arriving from “places unknown” speaking no language.
Trump’s Lack Of Common Sense
We have plenty of proof Trump doesn’t even have common sense. Some of Trump’s dangerous and idiotic suggestions:
- to use bleach in people’s veins for covid
- repeatedly urging using nuclear bombs to stop hurricanes from hitting the US
- to execute shoplifters, looters, and people who sell drugs without trials
- to shoot immigrants in the legs without trials
- to shoot protestors on the street without trials
- to execute Mark Milley, his own highest ranking military officer
- describing the January 6th insurrection as a beautiful day full of love, describing the violent jailed rioters who attacked police officers as hostages, promising to pardon them and set them all free.
- often praising Putin and other vicious dictators around the world who murder and torture opponents
- inviting Putin and Russia to invade NATO countries
- planning to use government powers to crush any media that criticizes him
- praising Putin and other vicious dictators who murder and torture opponents
Trump has often said he would refuse federal money to any school that requires vaccines.
- All elementary schools require vaccines.
- Ending this would create a public health crisis.
White House Chief of Staff John Kelly said Trump praised Adolph Hitler and called veterans suckers and losers.
Trump Is A Bottomless Pit Of Anger & Revenge
Trump constantly plays the victim.
- He wants everyone to believe nearly everyone in the whole world is corrupt, just not him.
- He constantly reassures us he did “nothing wrong.”
- He pretends everyone is persecuting him for no reason but his popularity.
He rails against nearly everyone for persecuting him:
- newspapers, journalists, and the media
- the FBI
- the CIA
- the Department of Defense
- the State Department
- the Department of Justice
- the Department of Homeland Security
- the Department of Health & Human Services (supposedly procrastinating a covid vaccine to hurt him in the 2020 election)
- police
- juries
- judges
- undefined “globalists”
- the intelligence community
- all Democrats
- establishment Republicans
- Islamists
- even many of those in his former administration, those who are now warning us or testifying against him
Nearly all these “enemies” have long been known as very conservative!
Trump spouts vicious insults against any of his former officials who dares to criticize him, despite their long loyalty, helping him discredit information about Russian meddling, avoid impeachment, etc.
A Dangerous Master of Othering/Demonizing/Dehumanizing That Incites Hate & Violence
Like authoritarian leaders and dictators worldwide, Trump often demonizes the free press, political enemies, and endorses violence.
- Hate is central to his appeal.
- Crowds roar at each of his mean statements, calls to action, or policy suggestions.
Trump told over 30,000 lies when he was in the White House, even claiming Nancy Pelosi caused the January 6th insurrection riot.
As detailed in our previous free articles, Trump is an extreme Big Money politician.
- Trump is guaranteed to continue preventing the American Dream.
- Trump is guaranteed to continue screwing and killing Americans for billionaire and corporate profits.
For more on this point, see the article in this section on MAGA Lies.
The whole world is afraid of what will happen if Trump is president again.
Dictators around the world are actively trying to help Trump get elected, knowing they can run rampant with their crimes and human rights violations if Trump becomes president again.
Fox News, owned by corrupt billionaire Rupert Murdoch, one of the richest people in the world, works hard to keep billionaires superrich and regular Americans poor.
- Fox captured a large part of America’s media market by buying the rights to football games.
- Fox constantly lies about Trump and stokes anger about immigration and culture wars to try to keep Big Money Republican in power.
In contrast:
Team Biden/Harris fought for the American Dream = loving (Christian) human rights.
Biden is known for his policy expertise, building alliances and vast experience in politics.
